The focus of ESPC 2025
ESPC 2025 is clearly shaped by one dominant theme: AI in SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Across keynotes, talks, and hands-on workshops, the focus is on what is now possible from AI-assisted search and content discovery to the practical use of Microsoft Copilot in everyday work. What stands out is the growing expectation that SharePoint environments should behave intelligently.
That conversation strongly resonates with us at JFDI. Long before “AI in SharePoint” became a headline topic, we were already working with organisations to introduce automation, intelligence, and structure into their content platforms. We’ve seen first-hand that AI can deliver value when it has something solid to work with.
This is why so many conversations at ESPC feel instantly familiar. We recognise patterns we’ve encountered for years: organisations don’t struggle with a lack of features, they struggle with preparation and its execution. In effect, adoption and taxonomy propagation stalls because critical information remains chaotic.

How ESPC 2025 relates to JFDI’s offering
Our own AutoTag, was born out of this reality. By introducing AI-driven metadata enrichment and clarity into SharePoint environments, we’ve been helping organisations make their content usable, discoverable, and business ready. Not only for users, but for AI usefulness. In many ways, the conversations unfolding at ESPC 2025 mirror the challenges we’ve already been designing for the last decade.
Inspiration at ESPC rarely comes from just one session; it comes from hearing familiar challenges echoed across the community and seeing how others are solving them.
If you’re attending ESPC 2025, we’d love to meet you. Whether you want to talk SharePoint, explore ideas, or simply compare notes over a coffee, reach out through our contact form, and we’ll connect you with the right member of the team.
And if you spot any of us at the conference, please say hello. We’re always happy to connect on LinkedIn or chat in person on the conference floor.
