JFDI welcomes in 2024

A new year presents an opportunity to reflect on the past and look ahead to the future. Thank you for being part of our journey this past year.

2023 from JFDI’s perspective

We started the year by relaunching our new website. One of our priorities for this revamp was to be as accessible for you as possible. We are grateful for all your feedback, allowing us to make it as pleasant as it is now.

2023 was a monumental year for the AI industry. The user base’s growth and understanding of AI-powered tools were unprecedented. Beyond the IT industry, it went from a technology of the future that might soon be realised to a practical tool that helps users accomplish more of their everyday tasks.

Throughout the year, we deployed several private AI GPT4 solutions, streamlining any complexity and improving workflow for our clients whilst ensuring the confidentiality of their data, preventing its involvement as additional training material for public-orientated versions.

One of the products from JFDI’s portfolio that leverages AI is AutoTag. Our automation feature applies metadata to items or documents across SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server. Can now automatically analyse the document, produce its summary, and suggest the best tags for vastly improved discoverability.

But AutoTag isn’t the only product we enriched in the last twelve months. We significantly expanded JFDI’s Application Framework, further optimising the time needed to produce advanced software solutions for the developer.

We also released an updated collection of web parts to further optimise SharePoint implementations for our clients to overcome various platform limitations.

Finally, JFDI reinvented our highly specialised, immediate response services. Now if you want to ensure the longevity of your application or system or find yourself in an emergency, you can call a SharePoint Doctor, Appian Doctor or Code Doctor.

Looking Ahead

JFDI plans to make 2024 another year of growth. Our products and services are evolving daily, and we look forward to sharing more information with you soon. We aim to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology.
