Customer Challenge
Our private equity client faced increasing demands for rigorous auditing and evidence-based compliance with complex regulatory requirements. To streamline the management of investment structures and enhance transparency, JFDI was engaged to create a solution that would simplify administration tasks and support compliance procedures effectively.

Transitioning to an MVP with Locodium
Concurrent to this project, JFDI’s Application Framework evolved into a comprehensive low-code/no-code solution, now branded as Locodium. To expedite development and fully leverage our developers’ capabilities, the Transaction Manager MVP was developed using Locodium. The MVP, deployed in the client’s Microsoft Azure environment, significantly enhanced the efficiency of the application development process. Additionally, Locodium empowered the client’s internal IT team with a powerful low-code platform, supporting the emergence of citizen developers within the organisation.
The MVP substantially expanded upon the original PoC, incorporating advanced functionality to manage critical transaction data and automate compliance assessments. This comprehensive management system provides real-time insight into each entity’s compliance health, clearly identifying outstanding regulatory actions required. The result is a robust, scalable solution that significantly enhances regulatory compliance auditing, including effective management of third-party roles within investment structures.
